★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oui manque de personnel/représantant des ventes, mais c'est la réalité dans tous les types de business. Oui ça été long se faire répondre, un peu notre faute, je suis arrivé sur le diner. Cependant excellent service de la part de Mehdi, le conseiller aux ventes. Aucune vente à pression, aucune argumentation et a respecté mon refus des garanties prolongées. Aucun frais caché pour la livraison, même si j'habite Levis. Bref, encore une fois merci pour hier de la part de ma conjointe et moi ;-)
 Yes understaffed/sales rep, but that's the reality in all types of business. Yes it took a long time to be answered, a little our fault, I arrived at dinner. However excellent service from Mehdi, the sales consultant. No pressure sales, no arguments and respected my refusal of extended warranties. No hidden charges for delivery, even though I live in Levis. In short, once again thank you for yesterday from my wife and I ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne réfère personne à se magasin car le professionnalisme et la compétence de la livraison laisse a désiré et mes chose son endomager de plus le service après vente est médiocre et incompétent. Sa fait 2 semaines que je cours et attends Et toujours rien de réglé. J ai quand même acheté pour plus de 8 000$.
I do not refer anyone to this store because the professionalism and competence of the delivery leaves something to be desired and my thing is to damage moreover the after-sales service is poor and incompetent. I've been running and waiting for 2 weeks and still nothing fixed. I still bought for over $8,000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall we were pretty happy here with our experience. The furniture we bought was very nice and easy enough to assemble. Delivery guys brought everything to where it belonged and disposed of the packaging for the larger items. We ordered a tv over 2 weeks ago now and it's still on back order but we can't cancel the order or change it with another product.
