★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was a fan of Thai express especially my favorite chicken pad sew it is really delicious I like the way they cook it. But lately it change. Today 02 Nov 2017 I asked the cook to add a little more sauce and he added too much that it turned to be salty. Two weeks ago I ordered my chicken pad sew and the result was the noodles are half cooked . Previous to that it was so bland and half cook. Please advise your cook if they do not understand please call someone who can tell them what the customer wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today July 12 at around 11:30 I went to the restaurant to have lunch. We were served by a lady who at first made us wait for several minutes not with a customer but doing her thing. When we asked to be served she responded by asking us what we wanted with an angry voice .the first thing that came to my mind to not order any thing and go somewhere else. But since me and my friend really wanted to have the fried rice, we ordered. I ordered my meal extra spicy but got a very plain one. Asked another male server to make it spicy but got a burned meal. I am very disappointed with your food and service. I used to love the food but what I had today is not anything like I had before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Polo Park Thai Express around 5:30 PM today to get Pad Siew for my pregnant wife. While I wait for my order I noticed one of the lady worker at the back had her mask down. She wiped her nose, put back her mask on, didn't wash or sanitized her hands, went to the counter where they cook and prepare the food and picked up a container. Who knows what else she touched. I got my food, left shocked but not giving that Pad Siew near my wife. Called to complain but the woman who answered the doesn't understand English well and she said there is no manager to talk to. Not very good when there's a pandemic around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous portion of stir fried veggies on a bed of steamed rice. Service was fast and friendly. 11.50$ for my food with no drink or side. Not very much meat. Was tasty though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite restaurant at the Polo park food court for over a decade now. Consist food quality and flavour and something different to look forward to.
I highly recommend that everyone try Thai Express and by that I mean this specific location.
