Definitely the worst branch. The most rude costumer service ever. Elder Asian guy. I asked for soy sauce. First off, he is giving attitude: "oh you want soy sauce??" as in "how dare you ask for soy sauce"... he proceeds to reluctantly give me one small packet of soy sauce. I then said can I have 3 more. He was like oh "I dont have that much", even though I could clearly see his filled drawers with those. Worst experience ever. Unnecessary attitudes. Disgustingly stingy. and on good faith I had tipped too! What a horrible experience honestly. Ruin my mood, ruin my day, for nothing. Won't recommend this branch. Until that man learns morals. Always trying to make profit, regardless of the customer's experience - only if he had a little bit of shame in him from his old age showing these behaviors.

Fried rice is pretty good. The only disappointment was the mango salad, it should be called lettuce salad, because 99% is lettuce and onion.

Our order was just some Fried Rice and Pad Thai but both the dishes were burnt. You could taste the bitterness of burnt food with every bite. One of the worst places we ordered from and won't recommend either.

Really impressed with this Thai express, the front cashier was super friendly and accommodating. I ordered pad Thai shrimp and the quality of the food was actually really good with a lot of protein (shrimps, eggs and tofu) and bean sprouts. Nice and authentic level of spice (medium was genuinely a bit spicy) and good amount as well! One of the best locations I’ve ever been to.

Like almost all of the food options on this York University campus, if not for the convenience, food here is disappointing for the price and the portion size being served. Expect to pay $14.50 for a rice with shrimp red curry which is not even a seizable portion to begin with. I understand that this is an outlet of a Canadian chain, so my expectations for the authenticity of the Thai food here is already set very low. However, a β€œsurprise” 30cents surcharge for having a bowl instead of a box coupled with small food portions, 3 stars seem to be a very generous review for this Thai Express outlet.
