โ โ โ โ โ Sweet and sour pork was grey inside and hard to bite into, it just does not taste fresh. The order was also overpriced, but common in university restaurants.

โ โ โ โ โ Everything tastes super stale. Sweet and sour pork was harder than beef jerky because it sat for so long and got reheated so many times that the meat inside dried up. nasty

โ โ โ โ โ I've gone here a few times just because it's really fast service but it's really hit or miss with their food, occasionally it tastes good and like it's fresh and occasionally it tastes stale and nasty and makes me feel sick enough to throw out my order before finishing it. It's also quite expensive. The staff don't really talk to you and just get your order done which I like, because it's efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ I usually order the Pagoda with the potatoes and sweet and sour chicken with the noodles. It is filling but its a bit tasteless ( thats why you gotta use a lot of the sauce at the checkout) Price is fine, unfortunately food is not great, but not bad either, so it's hard to justify a higher score. Staff were as expected, took my order and cashed me out and no mistakes every time that I've been there.

โ โ โ โ โ The quality of food at Pagoda is a real toss-up. Depending on when they refill the food, you could get lukewarm and tasteless chicken, or get tender and juicy chicken. Lately, the former has been predominately the case.
Some staff are kind and welcoming. Others are cold and rude. It feels like you are a burden to the workers. As a customer (who is paying for already overpriced and tasteless food), it is a disappointing experience and only one you should endure if you are desperate.

โ โ โ โ โ Food looked good at the location. First time there and I got fried rice, fried chicken and honey garlic chicken mix. But I couldn't finish my food cause it didn't really taste good! Also, the staff lady working there, gave me a rude look even though it was only 10 in the morning.

โ โ โ โ โ I like eating here every week. Food comes fast and I think it tastes pretty good (especially the potatoes, they are amazing). If I had one complaint it's that the tofu is alright but other than that, I've never had a bad time eating here.

Quality here has gone down in the years since I've written the original review (posted below). The food doesn't seem as fresh, and you don't get as much as you used to (especially for what you pay!). The staff also no longer seems to care about service- past transactions were almost wordless and devoid of eye contact.
Original 2016 review (4/5 stars):
The food here is fresh and savoury, with fast service and short waiting times. The rice noodles were chewy but not tough, and the black pepper beef was well seasoned. I'd recommend this restaurant, especially if line ups are long elsewhere.
