Ordered baby items from Carter’s on Monday as I am expecting in two weeks and needed the last few items that were not purchased on my registry. The package shipped Monday from the local store in Edmonton and I received notice on the tracking that my package was to be delivered on the 10th. Well..still nothing...I’ve sent two emails to the company with absolutely no response as they have not updated the delivery date and do not give specific information on their tracking system similar to other postal providers. I finally called them yesterday using the number from the website since they don’t provide any phone option on the tracking page, only to be told β€œthe package has not yet arrived at the designated warehouse but was picked up from the store.” I was then told just to keep an eye on my tracking, even though nothing has been updated and β€œhopefully soon it will be delivered” Absolutely poor customer service. I have a package that shipped from Toronto on Monday and arrived Thursday via FedEx, yet these guy cannot even deliver a package that ships and delivers within the same city within 5 days.... I’ll be reaching out to Carter’s soon to make a complaint and recommend against using this courier.

This company is horrible to deal with. They have had my package for over 5 days and everyday they say out for delivery but continue to say no access however I am home. I have reached out through email 3 times with no reply and have called them 2 times with still no solution to the problem. If any business is shipping through them don't bother buying as it is not worth the hassle

Jan 14th. I needed get delivered 2 different packages(separate orders). but delivery guy delivered just one package and he is gone than he checked delivered 2 packages same time. so i called customer service next day and service told me check it out what happened. and said other item is in warehouse. so will be delivery later. but never delivered me. so i call c.s again couple weeks later. and called like 5 time more. but c.s always say gonna check out what happened gonna start investigation asked my email address and will contact me. but never contact me. that lost or stolen package was not very expensive one. but this company's service, delivery is worst in the world. You didn't give me email address or something so I just upload screen shot pics. Last number 0037 is delivered. 0039 isn't delivered.

Absolutely awful. I've unfortunately had to deal with T-Force twice and both times, despite my explicit instructions, I have had to call to get their delivery person to actually call me when they come to deliver my package. They repeatedly put 'No Access', refuse to text/call or use the buzzer. Infuriating, unprofessional and time wasting.

Terrible customer service. Received a status update package was β€œUnsafe to Release.” I called and they said an attempt was made but no one answered. I have video monitoring and sit at a desk facing the front door. Zero attempts were made. Delivery driver obviously too lazy to drive out and make the delivery in the area. I asked rep to contact driver but claimed he could not, then when I asked again he said he would try and let me know. He did not even take any contact information so I offered my number…but couldn’t even repeat it back to me. Go figure. They have a contract with some major companies, so they could care less.

Delivered to the wrong address. I submitted two separate tickets to inform them of this, and both times they responded with a picture message as 'proof of delivery'. The first picture was them showing a picture of the wrong house they delivered to, then told me to submit a ticket if it was the wrong location. I submitted a second ticket, to which they sent me a picture of an entirely different house for an entirely different package/person - and then told me to submit again if it was the wrong location. What sort of business is this? How incompetent can you be?

If I could rate a zero I would. Still have not received my package after it was attempted to be delivered but there was "no access". Updates a week later saying it should arrive by 9pm, it doesn't. I call the phone number I found through google reviews and they are useless. They just tell me to call back tomorrow, they don't tell me anything about the status of my delivery, nothing. This is ridiculous.

I have now been waiting 13 days for a small package. 3 times they have listed it as delivery attempted "unsafe to release". 3 other companies have delivered items during that time with no issue. Questions submitted to website get a bland "sorry, it's on it's way" response. I have discovered that they are using former UPS staff. In 15 years, I didn't have a single problem free delivery with UPS, they were a constant hassle. I was so happy when they disappeared from our local area....Imaging my disgust to discover they are simply operating under a different name, but with all the same cruddy customer service.
