I had a fairly large, expensive package delivered to my house and Rosenau was contracted for the delivery. The company I ordered from had to call me to confirm my number because apparently Rosenau "tried multiple times" and my number was "delisted", weird how the seller got a hold of me on the first try. When Rosenau did finally call me they said they'd give me 1-2 hours notice for delivery, the driver called me 18 minutes before arriving to deliver a 10'x4' 300lb package. The driver was by himself and clearly struggled to handle the package, as you can see by the damage to the box, luckily nothing on the inside was broken. He struggled to remove the package from his truck and when the lift wasn't working he brought out a hammer to hit the controls with, kind of an embarrassing look for the company. I'm not blaming the delivery driver, the guy did the best he could (I would've helped him if I was home) but my package was absolutely mangled and the neighbors told me it was embarrassing to watch the truck get hit with a hammer to get it to work.

I've never witnessed this level of ineptitude. Its absolutely shocking. Product arrives at their warehouse on or about January 18/19th and they have failed to deliver the same. Multiple cancellations. At one point they have called and asked if I could "pick up the item". Doesn't this defeat the purpose of paying for "shipping"?

Worst Delivery Company That I Ever Have Encountered. My Amazon order has been sitting here in Edmonton for 1 week. They only deliver on Monday or Friday. 5 calls made to have it delivered. . STILL NO DELIVERY. I will attempt to pick this up myself.

Total lack of professionalism and ignoring the customer, I got a telephone notification to arrange the delivery day, I spent the whole day at home and nobody came, nobody called that they would not deliver my goods, the next day I called the office to explain what happened, I was told they would check what happened and they will call me back, but they also didn't, so the next day I called again and heard some pointless explanations, without any specifics or deadlines. they've had my goods for a week and haven't done anything to deliver it, maybe someone from rosenau wants to appropriate my goods? if you could give a reviev with a negative number of stars, they would surely get a negative number

Awesome experience with their shipping. The driver called ahead so I was ready for him, it's a bit of a tricky spot to back into (about 60 meters in reverse on a narrow driveway) but he got it in one shot and within 1/4" of where I wanted the pallets. I've used many shipping outfits over the last 20 years and I am very very happy with Roseneau!! Their driver Gord is awesome! Will definitely use them again and will recommend to all my suppliers and clients! Way to go!!

Consider alternate logistics services. I had recently received a confirmation for a delivery of a large shipment, which requires a team and an electrician to install upon receipt. The team was in place on the scheduled delivery date waiting until late into the evening, at which point Rosenau dispatch was contacted and they had informed me that the package is not coming and it appears that I did not receive any communication about that. The dispatcher apologized for the inconvenience and stated that the package will be delivered in 2 days and provided a delivery window of time. Understanding that this is a challenging time for logistics companies due to the current conditions, I reached out to the front desk of the terminal to confirm the delivery date the next morning, and was advised that it was never actually rescheduled and I will have to wait until I receive a phone call. I then proceeded to reach out to the Customer Service Manager, who was very pleasant to work with and who arranged for a delivery of the package a week later and had confirmed the date and time of the delivery via email. The receiving team was once again in place and waited for the entire day and no delivery arrived yet again, with no contact from Rosenau to advise us of this despite being provided two different contacts. Any attempts to contact Rosenau or the support team went directly to voicemail. My delivery status continues to be unknown at this time after three confirmed dates failing to arrive entirely. Rosenau currently has some significant challenges with operational efficiency and if you require services for yourself, your company, or your customers, I strongly advise that you reconsider.

Would of have no stars if possible. Could have been better. Lots of issues with management and pay. Most people here are getting paid $18/hour for the last 6 years, with no raises. No room to grow at a place like this. Best course of action would be getting in through a temp agency, they pay between $19-$22. But after probation (which is 6 months) they will cut your pay to $19. Regardless of your shift. Regardless of your experience.
