G	Gail Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired them spring of 2020 for weed control. We are seniors and had some family issues so wanted our lawn taken care of for us. By mid summer lawn was black in some areas and brown in others. Customer service blamed us for not watering it. We are on a well. Had lawn evaluated by a supervisor who told us it was burnt and dead. We wanted a full refund. That was a nightmare!! Had to go through credit card company. Got a call from them last week asking if they can "look after" our lawn again this year. Pathetic. Avoid at all cost!!

This year we went with TruGreen and so far it has been outstanding. Our lawn looks the best it has in many years, we are quite happy. Several neighbors use TruGreen and we noticed the results which is why we chose them. We are glad to recommend them and hope you are as pleased as we are.

They apply my grub control, my aeration in the spring & fall and I also have a spring, summer & fall lawn package. They always show up when they should and do a great job with my lawn. They are a bit pricey but it's well worth it to me to have a lovely lawn & garden.

After 3 Seasons of terrible service in Peterborough, it became apparent they destroyed our lawn (dead brown apart from weeds) due to bad "automated" scheduled timing and robotic servicing. This is evident with the lush green shared space on our neighbour's side on the property line. I spotted a technician who recognized the issues and was supposed to escalate to a manager (no action). Instead, the automated scheduling almost kicked in to apply the services I was told they were supposed to refrain from until we intervened. It is apparent there is no REAL management/care provided by this company and cost us thousands of wasted dollars.

I said awesome. They said they would contact me closer to when they can provide the treatment. I’ve been harassed for the last few weeks with them calling and calling asking if I want lawn maintenance. I literally have no lawn due to the grubs. Now, I’ll go with another company for my grub control in August. You just lost yourselves a potential new client. Update have moved to New Brunswick and this company is still harassing me.

A	A T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please inform your representatives not to blatantly lie to your customers. I had one of your reps trespass in my backyard AND argue with my neighbour that he spoke to me (I have never spoken to any personnel from Trugreen for any lawn treatment). Highly unprofessional.
