***UPDATE at bottom*** Serious lack of care regarding the treatment of the customer, unwillingness to finish a job they started and messed up and keep cancelling the appointment they themselves have booked with me! Back on May 25th I booked an appointment (in-person) with Get Wrapped to simply install a stripe kit on my bike (which I supplied specifically for the bike). The earliest date they could do when I was off was June 14th, When I arrived for the appointment I was told they had me down for the following day, I explained that was not correct, I made the entry into my calendar with the person as I spoke with them on the only day off I had. At first, they didn't want to accommodate me, however, they finally said to go to the other location and someone would install it. I went, the guy had a very difficult time and ended up wrecking the stripe kit I had already paid for. He said he would make another one from their vinyl and booked another date for install a couple weeks later.He told me the install will only take 30 minutes. After a few days I received a phone call from a different person saying they can't accommodate me on the date they made the appointment and I was given another one for another two weeks later. I was unable to bring the bike in for that day and called them. There was no attempt on their part to make another one. Almost a month passed and I called again on July 12th asking when I can have this done as it has been two months already with nothing. The girl I spoke to wanted me to wait another two weeks, I said no, that's unreasonable. I am not booking a job, I am trying to have them complete and correct a job booked two months ago! She put me on hold and then came back and said to bring it in now. I said I would be there in an hour. On my way there (on the bike), I got a call from them, again, cancelling the appointment! This other girl said I had to wait for a specific install guy (it it a strip on a bike, the most basic thing they can do) and it would be yet another two weeks. They have canceled TWO appointments that they booked and got one wrong. It has been almost two months and I am out the cost of the decal kit and still no finish to the job in sight For a 30 minute install. I can never recommend anyone go to these people. UPDATE - The owner Niek, called me (right after I posted this review) and apologized for the poor treatment. He said he was going to have meeting with his team first thing the next morning. Which I believed he did. He figured out where things went wrong and took ownership of the situation. He offered to "make things right" by doing the job himself at my convenience. We set a time of 8:pm the next night. Nike was friendly and stood by his word. He did the job, I am pleased with his work and effort to fix things.

I have been using Niek and Bryon and the excellent staff at 3M Trimline now for 20 years and in those 20 years have no complaints and am more than satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer care they provide on every project. Their creativity is second to none and I find it extremely hard to believe anyone could ever have one bad word to say about them. In the past 20 years I would estimate that Niek has worked on close to 30 separate projects for me which range from signage at my shop, vehicle lettering for close to 15 work vehicles, plus stone guards on personal vehicles and custom wrap work on my orange hot rod and custom wrap on my daughters car, which they brought in immediately and had it completed in about 20 minutes(carbon fiber hood wrap). One of my work vehicles which they had done the lettering and artwork on was in an accident close to 5 years ago and I had to replace the truck. I was prepared to purchase another "Berkhof's Roofing" package off of them for my new truck but they simply supplied and installed it for no cost because they know I am a loyal customer and would never dream of going anywhere else. All I can say is keep up the good work Niek and Bryon and I look forward to working with you on all my future projects.

Can you give 100 stars? Because Get Wrapped deserves it. I've been working with their team for 5 years and am always impressed by their creativity and customer service. There is nothing they can't do! Our organization has a long-standing relationship with this company and they deliver every time. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is top-notch. Niek and his team are artists and innovative problem-solvers. If you are considering working with Get Wrapped, you should.
