Not only did they give us the driveway and garage floor that we always wanted (and more) but Spencer and the whole crew made the entire experience very comfortable and seamless. Very professional, clean and tidy, and fast!!! Spencer is super knowledgeable and was available to answer every and any question we had. Always kept in touch, very transparent, and We're glad we trusted him because we are super impressed, love that tinted stamped concrete :) THANK YOU Spencer and the entire North American Concrete team, you folks are phenomenal!! They took full ownership of everything and redid it all two days later. I believe true professionalism shines through with companies when things don't go 100% to plan. We are all human and we will all make mistakes time to time, how they're dealt with separate the true professionals from the fly by night companies. These guys are the best there is in the concrete game and I will be a customer for life.

They showed up on time on May 12, 2022 to start with the excavation of our driveway. Forms were finished on May 16 and the concrete was poured on May 17th. The job was completed with all forms removed on May 18. The finished driveway looks excellent and we are very happy with the result. Throughout the process the crew was flexible, engaging and timely and always let the work area clean. Hats off to the crew of: Daniel, Andrew, Cody, Michael, Acorn and “G”. North American Concrete is reliable, dependable and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend them.

In these 7 years I have had countless clients scream their graces with regards to professionalism & quality of service. In saying that, I too have taken the leap to have some hardscaping done by the North American Concrete team. Needless to say I am absolutely taken away! From the initial estimation portion to the pre schedule call to the services themselves my wife & I have been absolutely blown away. The crew have been respectful, professional & super helpful. We have a 5yr old son who was extremely curious as to the concrete truck & tools that they were using. With that, instead of turning him away or ignoring him they talked with him about what they were doing, how the tools worked & even let him ‘help a bit’ (which he continues to tell us about). I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Dylan, Randy, Accon, GP & Cody. These guys were there from the onset of the services lead by guidance of their crew lead Daniel.
