★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be real here.. any place that is chinese owned wheater it be restaurant, dvd store or whatever it is, they will not have good customer service. What they will have is cheap prices and fast service... Not good customer service but fast service.
Tesco prices are very hard to beat compared to big box stores and the only place that had curb side pickup before it was even a thing. You can say whatever you want about their customer service but with prices cheaper than home Depot and they'll deliver it to your vehicle. How can you go wrong?

Tesco is now no different than the big box stores with their marked up prices. Before it would make sense to go to Tesco because their prices were better than the big box stores. Now their prices are the same so there is no incentive to go Tesco as they don't offer returns on certain products anymore.

TESCO is now the same price if not MORE THAN Home Depot/Rona/Lowe's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you read the receipt and the product code’s you want. They will 100% make the mistake of giving you the wrong product either on the receipt or on the equipment purchased. Which in result can cause a lot of frustration

Customer service isn't great, but ended up buying laminate flooring and underpadding.

If your looking at finding building products, this is a fairly organized place. Decent selection and prices continue to be competitive. Outside, they have a warehouse of lumber. Inside, apart from the construction materials, they do have a bath showroom. Selection has improved, but prices can be slightly more on certain products. Still a go place to check if you are in the area since there's another place down the street.

The prices are ok, the place is well organized and clean. Only problem was the selection was lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to buy building supplies! Not clean and comfortable like big box stores, but good enough if you're coming alone. They have everything and the prices are competitive, often cheaper than big box places. Be aware that there is a 30% restocking fee with any returns, however. It's kinda nice that if you buy lumber, they pick it and bring it to your car.
