Had been using them for a while when they asked us to fill out a credit app basically making you promise to hand over your first born to them. Disappointing that a company who we've been working with so long decides to spring this on us - we already had the relationship, no issues for late payment etc. Not sure where it came from. Everyone is struggling but doesn't mean you change how you treat your old customers

They just know how to impress boys working there. They don’t know how to do their job for what they are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, very dishonest and bad company. They assume their self a very big fleet but in real they have nothing. Not enough loads. They just hiring new owner operators for their comfort, but they have to think about the old truckers too. How they can manage their expenses if they don’t have enough loads for the old owner operators and they are continuously hiring new employees. In this way not even old employees but also the new guys have to suffer. Because company and dispatchers there are doing nothing to find loads and also not giving enough work to the owner operators to meet their basic needs. First they made mistakes in the insurance and other paper stuff of the owner operators and when drivers and operators tell them you made mistake in their papers. Then owner operators have to pay the amount from their pay for the adjustment done due to company mistakes too. Too wrong.
