★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a contract with Graydon through my company for years. One day someone contacted Graydon and was able to switch my alarm codes and contact information without my consent. They didn't even call me to discuss the change. it is my opinion that I would never ever go with Graydon they are a terrible company and unprofessional!!!! They are appropriate steps to take for changes like this and they didn't even follow there own rules!!!!
