They've been around a long time and very knowledgeable and always willing to take a bit of extra time to explain if necessary. If ur getting keys cut they will always be cut precisely... u like Walmart where I've had to return because the key doesn't fit my lock. Prices are fair, staff is friendly and helpful.

The key blanks were unavailable everywhere. Somebody suggested Rusty's. I went there, unfortunately they were out of stock of the key blank I needed...However they suggested some of the locks on the community mailboxes were not that sensitive to blank thickness. The blank that was suggested was marginally thinner than the original. A key was cut and off I went to test it on my mailbox. It worked perfectly. Happy Days.... This is not a knock on the other guys, but keys and locks are Rusty's business. In my mind they know locks and keys..Experience counts.
