★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorance often leads to misunderstanding. I didn't know that a chip called a transponder was needed for a car key. The transponder looks just like a piece of plastic to me. I misunderstood because he put in a little plastic and charged $65 separately. Even so, I didn't really have any complaints because he thankfully solved my problem, but the aftertaste was not so clean. Now I feel so sorry for him.
Oops, I later found that a transponder costs $1-2 only. Could be better if it's more reasonable, however, anyway thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them at noon and they were able to make it the same day, over an hour drive for them, incredible service and beyond friendly. Reasonable pricing and super fast too, highly suggest to everyone! 2 new keys in less than an hour, couldn’t be more pleased!

Called around, these guys were the best price, had my parts in stock, came an hour later to my destination (saved me from paying for an Uber to go to them), key was fixed & reprogrammed all within like 20 mins of coming to my location. Super nice guy too. Overall, super quick, amazing prices, and great service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and professional and accommodating. I recently lost my Key FOB. And the Car Key Geeks saved me upwards of $150 rather than going to my dealership. I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. All in all this was the best experience I could have hoped for considering the circumstance. Definitely worth the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for professional work. When our ignition lock seized up, they came to us, diagnosed the issue, sourced the park, and replaced the part all in winter (-6 to -12) weather. If we'd have gone to the dealer, the cost would have been at least 5x more (based on the quote). Definitely going to call them again when I need a key replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I lost my car keys and didn’t have a spare key available. First, I called the dealership and asked for information about my situation. They quoted me a price and said that it would be minimum a weeks time. They recommend to call around for local locksmith.
I called Car Keys Geeks, they helped me out on the same day, and cheaper than dealership cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2016 3 series with only one key, so I needed a second key. But I wanted the newer G series style key. They did it for me in one day and both keys were functional. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I got an estimate for the same job for $150 less from a place in Toronto. But otherwise good job.
