★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have long naturally curling hair, went in looking just to see "what's in this new place?" And came out with a handmade hairnet that controls my curls wonderfully, even in wind! Grabbed a satin bedcap to protect my hair while i sleep too..both remarkably inexpensive! I couldn't even buy the material for the bedcap alone, for what i purchased BOTH items for(total!) Wonderful people running the store, the contents, made my mouth water; ill be certain never to visit while hungry- I'd need a moving truck to haul my purchases home otherwise!
Definitely a place where your eyes can get carried away! Love this store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price gorging experts. They have doubled the price of just about everything in the store. I was also concerned with their hygiene. Some halfway smoked Markel fish that looked Rottened.
Customer service not so great they operate Nigerian type of customer service with bad altitude if you bring to their attention anything wrong in the store. I was there with a lady behind the counter she was talking on the phone so loud while we waited for her to ring us out. Went back another time the lady behind the counter was talking down to a customer. My third and last visit a young man with a bad attitude behind the counter and prices doubled. If you expect to run a business in Canada have Canadian standards please.

We bought rotten yam from this shop and immediately, the same day went back to inform the owner but He refused to do anything about it. Instead, they wanted us to buy another yam (that could still be spoilt).
The owners of this shop operates with the typical Nigerian mentality. How can a shop in Canada sell spoilt food to consumers and instead of being sorry, they say "all sales are final..."
This shop ought to be inspected and the appropriate authorities will be notified. In the main time however, we located a better Nigerian/Africa shop, cheaper prices, better customer relationship, and money back guarantee...
