From day one both Sidd and Saurabh were amazing! Always on time, always very knowledgeable, always kind, always quick with communication and very professional but in a way where they were absolutely not pushy at all. We always have the best experience with Saurabh and his team. Like many millennials, I didn’t think it would be possible for us to afford a house that isn’t in the middle of nowhere or very crammed/old. Saurabh guided us throughout the whole process of what to expect, what to look out for, not lower our standards too much even though we had a small budget, and to not lose hope. Our first few viewings were somewhat promising. We didn’t put any offers down yet and wanted to see how the market would hold. It shook me how much some of the smaller, fixer upper homes went for ($1.7m for a 1200 sq ft bungalow). I was so discouraged at this point. Saurabh remained confident while I got upset about the reality of Toronto’s crazy housing market. Let’s at least take a look and go from there.” We went for a viewing. I fell in love, got attached (a dangerous place to be while house hunting), and was more sad that this likely wouldn’t be the end of our search. Saurabh helped us through the offer process (it was our first offer ever) and he continually provided updates throughout the evening.
