If you are thinking about using Julian Pilarski as your real estate agent, stop thinking and just do it! We’ve known Julian for over ten years. We first met Julian when he was acting for the sellers of our first home in the High Park neighborhood. The home had been left in a state of disarray by the current tenants prior to our possession date and when we were unable to reach the sellers, Julian jumped in and immediately addressed the situation, hiring cleaners to work overnight to ensure we were able to move in the following morning. Julian owned the rental unit building next door and we had frequent contact with him over the years, finding him to be very accommodating and helpful whenever we had occasion to deal with him as a neighbour. Over the years, we worked with Julian as we considered new properties in the neighbourhood and his advice was always excellent. When we finally found the home we really wanted in January, 2020, he managed to salvage an otherwise unsuccessful negotiation where we had reached a standstill on price with the sellers, coming up with a creative solution that left us and the sellers incredibly happy with the results. We unfortunately ran face first into the COVID situation when putting our then current home up for sale in March, 2020, but Julian rose to the challenge and we were able to sell our home for a great price notwithstanding the significant market chill at that time.
