We contacted him a few months prior to the purchase and he advised us how to better prepare and what info we needed before starting the search. We followed all his advices and it eliminated the stress when we actually decided to purchase. Sergey set up daily newsletter that included new listings for the area and price range we were interested in. We visited 6-7 houses per day for a couple of weeks. Sergey would point out what to look for in each house and whether it was under/overpriced. The process of making an offer was well explained and we knew what to expect prior to making them. We attended the seminar that Sergey organized to get as much info as possible and received free home inspection which we gladly used :) Overall Sergey was a great help, he did not push us to make the decision and patiently helped us to buy our first nest :) Thanks a lot and we will be back once we decide to make our next move!

Serge was diligent in sending out regular condo listings, being on time to view various properties, and sending out key documents that needed to be reviewed and signed. Overall my experience was positive and I would recommend Serge when interested in purchasing a property. The only recommendations I have is to ask questions regarding any points on the documents that you may have as there isn't always time to meet and go over each point. Also download an app like DocuSign beforehand or make sure you have a scanner close-by in case you need to send over signed papers before a certain time. I highly recommend Serge as a realtor as he ensured the process was positive and had my interests in mind.
