CSR at the Customer Care department was very unprofessional and provided an advice that damage my credit. TD Canada Trust should provide better training to the Customer Care department and prioritizing client's goals as the main tool to direction any financial advice or complaint. Also, TD bank is one of the most expensive banks in relation to banking fees. If you are looking to pay a lot of money in fees every year. This bank is a good option. But after everything that happened to me I'm switching to a different financial institution. After more than 12 years of being with this bank. Worst customer service experience ever and in middle of a COVID-19 crisis.

Professional, personable, and proactive in dealing with my issues - he was the sole reason I chose to separately explore a mortgage with TD (as it is not my personal bank, I just had a credit card with them).

The only people there to help you are the newbies and it takes them an inordinate amount of time to complete the simplest of tasks.

There are 2 staff members you should definitely ask for any transaction: Mishika and Neriman. Both of them are amazing professionals and care to provide any help and information to their clients.
A	Alchemyriri C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to TD to get my new card I had my PR I had my number I don’t know why he expected me to memorize my card number but that was weird also he said I needed my passport I literally go to TD often they don’t ask for my passport when I have a PR he made me go all the way back home and come back to get my new card with the passport and a PR I don’t know if he was being racist he then complimented my nail colour Like sir stop being shady and give me what I came here for I know they look good. Worse branch ever. You don’t make your customers go all the way back to get their passport there are many other ways you can find out identity information from Number/name + PERMANENT RESIDENT card. This happened earlier this year

The teller I was dealing with by the name of Deep, was quite rude and cursing under his breath whenever he was roadblocked on the computer. He made it difficult for us to deposit the cheques. At one point, he refused to offer to add the financial loan company (the vehicle had a lien) as a payee even though I had the instructions printed out on paper from the loan company. Disappointed by his unprofessional behaviour. I will not be back at this branch anytime soon, even though I live close by and walking distance from it. Otherwise TD employees are usually a pleasure to interact with. EDIT: Thank you for the response Derrick. I will follow up via email for more details.
