They arranged every signing process virtually using some advance secure and technology using my phone, when I ran into issue from new purchase where tittle had some pending debt for City bills from previous owner, My representative Caroline gave me assurance that they will be handling this till the end and finally today we sorted all the issues!

This year we had 2 sales and 1 purchase to do and we went back to Shaikh Law Firm. The team, especially Caroline, were super amazing to work with. Their response is super prompt and they helped us chase our lender without fail when the lender had delays in issuing our payout statements. All in all, it was a seemless process.
