He was able to tackle complex issues, but to make them understandable to me without being overwhelming. I found this lawyer to be both unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. He interrupted me often during our conversation which indicates that he was not listening to what the client had to communicate. He informed me that he would not offer any legal assistance unless I retained him and paid him first. Lastly, he abruptly hung up the phone on me after some rude communication. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional, insulting, and unlikely to be endorsed by Rogerson Law Group. With plenty of choices available, why settle for such service? After such a disappointing interaction I will now be taking my personal and corporate business elsewhere.

Due to my Real Estate Agent’s negligence, I got myself committed to an unconditional offer to purchase a house that was beyond my affordability. I borrowed fund from the line of credit to make the 100K deposit with the unconditional offer and later found out that I was not qualified for a conventional mortgage. According to my Real Estate agent, if I didn’t fulfill my commitment to purchase the house, I would lose the 100k deposit and I would also subject to a lawsuit for breach of contract. My family and I were scared and helpless not knowing what to do. We were very, very fortunate to find Lawyer Mr. Norman MacDonald from Roger son law Group. Mr. MacDonald has patiently listened to our legal issues and helped us resolved the issue. I have received the 100k deposit back with very little difficulty. Then he demanded $7500 up front, filed for an adjournment on the file so he could “prep” and then delivered nothingness. This guy is a hack. Do yourself a favour. Run away from Murphy and any law firm he is associated with as they have no commitment to their clients, only committed to the money. The legal profession is an embarrassment.

So far I have nothing but positive feedback, the law group has been incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. Additionally, they were able to complete the probate application sooner than expected which saved me a lot of time, money, and energy. I would highly recommend Rogerson Law Group as I have had nothing but a positive experience working with them.

I consulted Rogerson law regarding drafting a will and discussing best way to manage my three children’s inheritance that would be tax efficient. Instead what I received by way of “advice” was a diatribe about his own relatives and In particular how he parents his own young daughter. A total waste of my time and my $200. Very unprofessional and I hope he has a conscience knowing full well he took my $200 and totally wasted my time. I wasn’t going to bother writing a review on Mr. Rogerson but every time I hear his ads on the radio I am angry and I sincerely hope that people do not fall for his slick message.
