I call TD Auto Finance and am told the branch have direct lines to them that skip any queue to speak to them directly to resolve issues. They are making it harder to give them money... why? I'm switching to Scotiabank.

During my visit to the branch to speak to an advisor, the advisor refused to close the door to the office. I told her I was uncomfortable discussing my personal financial information with people lined up a foot from the open door waiting to complete their own transactions. Incredibly unprofessional and not the type of confidentiality that I expect from a financial institution.

Took 4 different people to finally sort it out, after they said I was in the wrong. Then 2 weeks later received a notice I was delinquent in my loan payment. Rediculous. I will not deal with this place again.

Deal with any other TD branch in Winnipeg but not this one The customer service manager at front need to be fired. She is in wrong business, does not know what basic customer service is.

There is a valid reason why majority of the reviews here are very bad. I rarely go to the bank to do any transaction; since I prefer to do online banking. In three separate occasions, with three different staffs that I interacted with in this branch, the service was below par. Staff neglect to practice even the basics of customer service (i.e. positive body language, avoid using negative language, not blaming customers, etc). This TD branch should be closed then revamped!

Very knowledgeable and engaging which was nice to see for a change. Excited to be a new TD customer!!!
