★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good place to go when looking to buy organic or green friendly products, food and supplements. Yes you pay more but that is expected when your not a massive chain selling massively produce items. Staff has always been nice to me and knowledgeable when asked questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of products, particularly supplements. Not always easy to find what you want on the shelves, but the staff have always been helpful locating specific items. They even had a couple of low-FODMAP items (ketchup and barbecue sauce); first time I've seen that in a brick-and-mortar shop. Prices are high, so it's worth checking other stores first.

Not only that the mask mandates have been DROPPED. I rather see smiles that worry about a mask that can't stop a common cold let alone covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not support health like the store is named, only 1 staff member wearing mask, every customer went to his cashier instead of the cashier without her mask 1 out of the 5 staff I seen had the mask on. Every other store I’ve been to the staff all wear masks. Head office does not care emailed them no response they don’t care about customers or health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store, I visit it every week! Their staff (especially Jeannette) is always so friendly and knowledgeable about supplements and healing foods. The store is always clean and they are open to ordering new products. This is my favorite Vita in the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this location for years and notice a high staff turn over. There was a group of boys working at this location, then they were gone, which wasn't too bad as they just stood around doing nothing every time I was in. One older staff there for last two years wearing her mask down around her neck is very disrespectful to customers that come in. She might not want to wear a mask but at your job, you wear one to make the customers comfortable during these times. I noticed one visit she was bashing the store manager and other employees trying to walk away from her, but she would follow and continue. I stood pretending i was browsing the shelves but was actually listening in on the conversation. Why does Management not deal with this staff, believe her name is Janet or close to that. Makes it horrible place to shop, not very professional.
