Looking for experienced personal trainers and coaches to run their own businesses in our facility. All our coaches pay monthly rates to have access to the facility as well as a diverse pool of potential clients. Move your clients to our facility or start your career with us and work your own hours, charge your own rates and build your own brand. All our trainers must possess certifications that meet or exceed our minimum standards as well as their own insurance. CPR and Aid trainng and certification are required. When One Family Fitness was suggested to me by a co-worker, i checked out their website. It looked like they had everything i needed plus the small private environment i had become accustomed to. So i met with the owner (Dino) a few days ago and took an in-person tour. The membership fees are quite reasonable, covid19 protocols are enforced, and it's close to home. I was sold immediately and signed up. Had my first workout there this morning....incredible. Best decision i've made this year.

This facility has beautiful equipment, it's clean, and the staff are welcoming. Its a great sized space and I rarely find myself waiting for equipment. The gym really does feel like a "family" - I never find myself needing to hide away or keep fully to myself, because the patrons and staff are friendly and know your name! I definitely recommend checking it out.

Now those who supported Dino's business and donated are considered second class citizens bcs of their medical choices. Kind of ironic for someone who claims Fitness is Essential. Shame on you Dino!

At One Family Fitness, it's a warm, clean and friendly environment. Everyone there, both staff and members are welcoming and there with the goal to support each other. Lots of great equipment, more focused on weights and benches, but still have the necessary bands, mats, kettlebells, medicine balls, cycles, treadmills and fitness machines. Easily able to do all the workouts I need. Very happy I've made the change!

Been here for just over a month and love it! The convenience of working around my schedule, having access to all of the equipment you could need, always welcoming and being able to bring your whole family is a HUGE perk! If you are in the River Park area or anywhere really looking to join a new gym, hit them up!

Many members having been coming here for a long time which really shows how important the gym focuses on fostering long term healthy members. I train with Sarah and this woman is a god sent. Other trainer and the owner are super welcoming and knowledgeable about fitness. There really is something for everyone even if you want to come in lift and leave. Their 24/7 access with a super affordable monthly rate is a major ++. I have recommended them to friends and and family and will continue to.
