Awesome experience from planning to install. Installation was fantastic and any changes we made were handled quickly. We love the kitchen layout and quality is excellent!

Our kitchen was flooded. Gord did an excellent job of designing the kitchen, following many of my wife's wants. They did the work on schedule and on budget. Whenever an issue arose they fixed it. We recommend them.

They did very bad job on the cabinet. A lot problems for cabinet, Surprisingly, there are nails and big holes in the cupboard. My kitchen color is not a high gloss cabinet at all. just like very tiny shiny. Also the cabinet color different between kitchen Between top and bottom and island color. There are many tiny holes in the surface of the cabinet . Some handles are crooked. I also saw big hole inside the cabinet. Also hide some nails in the cabinet. When one cabinet door open, the door can hit another side of the cabinet. The cabinets are all you design for us, that’s design flaw. When I open the door that was easy bump into another cabinet. There are some cabinets where the two doors are asymmetric. I’m not first time to do the cabinet.I am very disappointed with the quality of this cabinet. Why are there so many problems with cabinets.

Having dealt with many companies in the past, and having been a business owner myself, I would have to give this business the lowest rating possible for being the worst business to deal with. Their product materials are decent, but the quality of manufacturing and installation leave a lot to be desired (even the installer that works for them is not thrilled with what is being produced and would not classify it as custom). For custom cabinetry, don't expect a full custom treatment from them, especially with the install. In my books, custom would mean making the product so it can fit flush against floor and wall while sitting level. But in their minds, custom refers only to you picking the sizes of components and finish. The biggest area of complaint I have with them though is their lack of respect for customers. They never once met a deadline, right from initial design to installation, or replacement of components under warranty. This is magnified by the fact that they do not bother to return phone calls or emails. I found myself repeatedly having to call them to get updates and send several messages before getting any kind of response. There is a reason they want full payment prior to installation (which is actually a violation of the builders lean act and they don't care). If you want good communication, timely production and delivery, and to have things done right the first time, don't use these people. (took them 4 tries before they built a simple cabinet correctly - kept making it too small so it was half an inch lower than neighboring counter tops, and 5 week jobs took over 20 weeks and now they are not taking care of the last of the warranty work). We were extremely pleased with our cabinetry both in our family room and bathroom. The service was excellent. They came when they said they would and even kept us updated on their arrival time. The cabinets not only looked beautiful but also fit perfectly. It was a pleasure to observe the installer and the care and pride he took in making sure that each piece was a perfect fit. They researched and found the appropriate hardware. We debated where our cabinets should be positioned and the sales manager took the time to look at the different angles before the order was placed. The order was explained thoroughly before anything was signed. All the people we either talked to or worked with were cordial at all times. I would never deal with anyone else but them. Carol

It was a very positive customer experience every step of the way. We received a few quotes and the price was very competitive and the finished quality was immaculate. The sales person was super responsive and transparent, both of which were very important to us. The installer was incredibly friendly and very committed to a perfect end product which exceeded our expectations! We had a few small questions/requests at various stages throughout the project and these were always handled with our best interests in mind, first and foremost. There were also a number of small features we hadn't considered in our design and we are so thankful that they were pointed out to us. We are now enjoying our beautiful, carefully designed office! Exclusive Cabinets we’re recommended to us to replace all our cabinets. I was sceptical due to a couple bad reviews I read online. I can now say that the only review I would give is 5 stars. Gord and his team were nothing but professional, and honest about the time line. Then they were two weeks earlier. We were very excited. I thank Gord for all his help. The measuring was spot on. The ideas were great and we were able to work together to get what I needed. I want to really send 5+ stars to their installer Les. We were able to watch the cupboards go up and it was art in the making. Les was efficient and very respectful. Awesome work Les. Thank you. You may think I’m exaggerating, however this is my third kitchen design and install with different cabinet companies and installers. It’s no exaggeration. Thank you guys. We love, love, love our kitchen.

We started our home building process with Gino's Homes. Fortunately we were placed with Exclusive Cabinetry for all of the cabinets in our home. Our first meeting with Gord was fantastic, not only did he know his stuff, he provided options and suggestions on things we didn't even think about. The initial planning and selection process went professionally, pain free and smoothly. I was also fortunate enough to see the cabinets in my new home after installation. I have to say the craftsmanship, the quality, color, expectations far exceeded what we imagined. We had previously build a home before and our cabinets then do not even compare to what Exclusive has provided. They do not cheap out on materials! If you want nice, high quality wood and selections at very reasonable pricing. Go see Gord at Exclusive! You won't go wrong! Thank you Gord for providing us such a great kitchen, bathroom cabinets!
