★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I researched the cabinets before I bought. James was very informative and convinced me to order from him. Though the present situation with Covid caused some delays in shipment when the cabinets did arrive I was very impressed with the quality.
I installed them myself and James was patient and helpful with all the advice I needed. There were some issues, again because of shipment delays, but James was helpful and didn't charge me for the extras I needed.
Later I began contact with Jordan and he was extremely helpful with extra purchases I needed. Handles and drawer sliders. He told me that the sliders they had were the best and they are. Not too difficult to install and amazingly smooth and strong.
The quality of the cabinets and service from the company are both top notch and I have no hesitation in recommending them for anything you purchase.
I'm looking at doing the bathroom and will definitely order the cabinet from Jordon or James. Of course IF the price is as good as the last one was.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planner Ryan was thorough, efficient and professional. The product was ready when promised and the friendly staff helped me to load. Overall, excellent. On a personal note, it would be great if JJCW was able to source a Canadian manufacturer for their cabinets rather than Communist China.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is definitely off the beaten track. It was recommended by a friend and we tried it out. The showroom is not large or fancy. Staff were friendly (thanks Ryan). I'm rating it high because of prices and helpfulness. We bought a new real wood vanity and counter top easily $500 cheaper than a bathroom store we had just visited. We will go back when we're ready to do our kitchen.

The people we worked with were very helpful, and when we felt we ran into a serious issue with the installation, Eric was great to come out and take a look to see what the problem was. I would be more than happy to recommend this company for quality cabinets and even for designing the kitchen. They were very fair in their pricing and people skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently completed our kitchen renovation with JJ Cabinets (last week in fact!). Their service was phenomenal. The design was very well done (We dealt with Jordan), and they maintained great communication with us throughout the construction process (Val and Josh). The cabinets are of excellent quality with real wood you can tell they have paid attention to the details. While shopping around, we were grateful to have found JJ Cabinets as their products are of the highest quality, although you may not get as many color options, what they carry is timeless and elegant. We truly appreciated their wonderful costumer service as they attended to our concerns and addressed them beyond our satisfaction. For example, we had problems with our sink and they were quick to order a replacement. When we took delivery of the cabinets and noticed some blemishes, they immediately repaired or replaced them.
In addition, the contractor recommended for our installation was phenomenal. Not only did our contractor (Gerald) attend to all of our questions, he also made suggestions to ensure the kitchen went beyond what we expected. If we ever need to renovate another kitchen, we would absolutely do the process with JJ Cabinets over again. We very rarely review on google, this has been so enjoyable that we wanted to share our experience. 10/10 recommended.
