★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Mallin Contracting to help with a few important elements of my total home renovation.
The kitchen instal and bathroom tile work were completed to the highest degree of quality craftsmanship, with friendly and professional tradesmen.
Not only was the work superb, but owner Kevin took time out of his day on multiple occasions to come over, and provide invaluable advice to us. He was in close communication through the whole process and really cares that the finished product is exactly what you want it to be.
I would not hesitate to use their services in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a professional contractor in and around Winnipeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built a custom home with Mallin contracting. For the majority of the project we had a great experience, with work occurring as scheduled and done well. However with the project about 80% completed, Kevin disappeared. We could not get a hold of him via email or phone. We were left scrambling to finish the build on our own. I would not recommend him to anyone.

They provided excellent communication throughout the process and we were able to stay within our quoted budget and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kevin and his team are a breath of fresh air in an age where finding an honest contractor can be difficult. Below are some before and after pictures of the job that they did for us. We will need to get our entire basement finished in the future and will definitely be calling Mallin for this project.

The communication between us and the team was excellent, and we had all our questions answered thoroughly by Kevin and his crew. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work that was done. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but extremely functional. Everything was finished off with meticulous detail. We will absolutely use Mallin Contracting again in the future and would highly recommend them.
