Now owned by Super Value and pretend they are giving you a solid price based on having been to your house before. $300 became $400 then $500. The guy shows me his calculation of $499 and then offers $100 off. Final bill was $500 before tax and a denial that he originally calculated $499 pre discount.
Like I said, get it in writing.

They were great, HOWEVER- they have called me every month for the past 11 years to see if we’re interested in booking again with them. I have asked several times and even demanded to be taken off the call list. They even call with unlisted numbers. I have blocked several of them but still they manage to call me every month. My last call was this evening and I’ve decided to leave a review so hopefully I don’t keep getting bombarded with calls. I do not want their service for the simple fact their business method of calling extensively has put a really bad taste in my mouth. If they call again I will be forced to go to the BBB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just opened a cold air return vent where I found the red plastic still on from when they were here a couple of weeks ago. I opened the vent, inside it was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could upload a pic to show everyone how it looks. Now I have to try to clean it as much as I can.
They cleaned our dryer vent but didn’t think to clean the floor behind the dryer when they were done. I’m 77-years-old, now I have to haul a vacuum down to the basement to clean up mess they left.
In our living room the floor by a hot air vent was black, I had to clean that myself as well.
The spray they use at the end is very heavily scented. My husband is allergic to scents. I asked the fellow to please use unscented spray, they had none, not even in their truck. Apparently, you have to ask for unscented when you book the appointment, who knew???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using another company for years, I switched to Red River Furnace and Duct cleaning several months ago. We had the furnace cleaned and inspected in the fall. The technician, Ji, was very thorough and paid much more attention to detail than the previous company. He cleaned the trap, which probably had never been cleaned properly before. Several months later, our furnace stopped working at about 4:00 pm. A few hours later, the technician, Mike, inspected the furnace and discovered the valve was not working. He ordered the part, and came back the next day to replace it. I was impressed by the prompt and friendly service, and how the technicians are happy to go beyond the call of duty. This company is definitely my “go to” furnace company now, and I highly recommend them.
