★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service from the manager is very rude (an uptight and arrogant guy who seems like he's frowning 24/7), as if everyone except himself knows nothing about what they're doing. Treats almost all customers as if they are crooks. Maybe he's happy and feeling great in his own little world, but I wonder with this kind of attitude how far can he go . My impression is that other staff in the branch notice his bad attitude, too. Sorry for this branch, you lost yourself another customer because of him. The only reason I would use this branch again will be the ATM only.

Brendon has provided excellent customer service with any queries I send his way and has been very helpful. He introduced me to Thomas today and the customer service seems to be consistent. I have and would recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has terrible customer service. This is the second time I've experienced this. They call this a commercial facility for business! I came for a wire transfer and the woman helping me told let off a big sigh when she messed up and said I should tell her before hand, before she prints a confirmation for me to review.
If you're customer facing, you'll have to unfortunately put on your best and not make clients feel like their an inconvenience. The second time, without offering help, the same woman blatantly said no. Offering solutions is what matters. I went to another commercial branch 10 minutes away and they got the request done. If you bank with TD and you have routine banking come here, else just save yourself trouble and go to another location willing to solve problems
I don't often review, but wow this service made me move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer service from janice. this branch needs to teach her some customer service skills. will not be going to his branch ever again. i've tried to contact TD HR and got nothing from them. Reading the reviews from other on this is very concerning that the branch manager seems to be doing nothing to fix this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt at this Branch for years. I most recently had some important and critical banking issues. Once again I was overwhelmed by outstanding service that i would call up and beyond the call of duty. The associate that provided this service Maggie Hung, Personal Banking Assoc. Ms. Hung also followed up every step of the way, even when not expected. I would recommend this associate and Branch to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benjamin and his team create more problems for business banking rather than solutions. Their customer service is horrible and banking practices are not consistent. I did the same transaction on 2 different instances where the first one was no issue but the second was made to be an issue. I would not recommend this branch or TD in general anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try not to use this branch, but location is convenient. Expect this branch to treat you like a stranger, regardless how long you've been doing business there. Their manager will not release any funds, and runs everything by the books. If you're accustom to above and beyond services from other branches, you won't find it here.
