Do not book your tickets through this company. They have refused to let me use my credit & refused to let me speak to their manager/supervisor. I've been on the phone with them for over 3 hours. I've lost $2000 to this company. Please save your money and buy your tickets from elsewhere.

The worst. Can Never get a hold of them, there Travel insurances are all lies. I got them then couldn't find info about them so I pretended to buy tickets again and see what info it gave me and right above the confirmation button is a small sentence basically voiding all the insurances after 24 hours. I've been trying to get in contact with them for weeks and have gotten no reply and no refund.

There are lots of reliable sites that you can buy tickets from instead. They took my money, even after the flight was cancelled, and when I called to dispute it, I ended up seeing an additional unauthorized charge on my credit card.

I strongly warn against booking through this site, they are very unprofessional and rude, i booked 3 tickets and 10 mins after i realize one name was incorrect i called and was told that if they are to fix it its going to be $45 and i i want to cancel it will be $25. It took me almost 3 hours to get it fix and i had to pay $24 after speaking to a supervisor. They refuse to transfer the call to a supervisor and at one point hang up on me after being on hold for 25 mins. I would never book on this site again and will NEVER recommend anyone to book.

I don't understand why I have to pay 50$ for choosing to cancel the flight because it's reschedule under the effect of COVID 19. I already lost the service fee that I paid for one travel. It's not my want to cancel. In a situation that I have no choice but canceling it, paying 50$ fee to cancel for one travel is ridiculous.

OneTravel cancelled my booking because there was issues with the return flight to Canada. I accepted a different return flight, but 15 minutes after I thought this was finalized, the Agent called me and told me she couldn't book the flight and had to cancel the entire booking. I have been tying to get a refund for the entire booking. I sat in the phone queue for hours only to be disconnected. I tried the online chat, I persisted and waited 6 hours (repeatedly disconnected). I finally got through to an agent who bounced me to another department before disconnecting. It seems to be hands off for everyone when they need to issue a refund. OneTravel cancelled the booking, not me. I was willing to extend the trip if it meant keeping the booking. I can;t seem to chase down the refund THEY owe me for cancelling. This is my first booking with OneTravel and the experience has been horrible. ... and, I still haven't been able to reach anyone to get the money back for the booking they cancelled. Worst service I've ever experienced.

Site is very easy to navigate but all flight costs were in USD not CAD. Didn't know until I finished the transactions and got charged for it. The charges were also split into 2 (the airline charge and the agent's charge). Aside these, the website is very easy to use and I didn't have any issues with my flight tickets
