We have been fortunate to have our new condo constructed by this company. Our experience dealing with them has been fantastic. Despite the numerous obstacles created by the real estate market instability, COVID-related obstacles, building material price fluctuations, etc., they persevered through these difficulties and delivered an awesome product that we have just moved into. We are very impressed with the high quality of the building materials, finishes, state-of-the-art systems, and technology we have the pleasure to use in our suite and common areas. It's been a pleasure dealing with their customer service and, in particular, with Raj Singh, the CEO, and Guido Paniccia, the Senior Vice-President. Raj and Guido, we greatly appreciate your professionalism, taking the time to listen to and promptly respond to customers’ inquiries and doing your best to address any issues. We have lost potential growth on our investment and now worry about our capital also. They should made to pay market price of units to investors, borrow money against your assets. Disappointed with these kind of people being involved in business in general, shame on you guys at Hazelton Development Corp. You wont be living at peace
K	Karthiga Vezhavendan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder was nearly a year late in handing over the keys to our condo! This was primarily due to covid and somewhat understandable. However, months after closing, we still have a gym that's closed because there is next to no equipment. The party room and terrace are locked because the builder has not yet provided the equipment there either. The pictures in the brochure and advertising were beautiful. But we now see that the builder has provided the most basic options -- ex: not a single light outside in the balcony. I can't help but think the Hazelton Group is all about cutting costs for themselves over excellence or integrity.
v	vasile scriban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ get out from condo in Guildwood,!! they did not want to pay overtime to steel man so you have columns with no steel, an idiot Guido Panicia who was VP (until was caught stolen 1 million)asked to skip last 3 floors because he wants to install the elevator in December .Result:last 3 floors are not connected with elevator shaft and roof beams are not connected either.Please leave the building before is going to collapse .Some columns do not steel on bottom , only stand because of ceiling weight.Guido tried to save and fire workers trying to cover his theft.. Everything was a scam, underground parking is a disaster, all pipes were broken and coder with slab on grade concrete .Many concrete walls were frozen , no winter protection, no heating.Leave that building ASAP.

If you're waiting for finishes on your condo or place of residence; not going to happen. They owe their trades money. The people writing the good reviews are people who work for them. They owe my company $25,000; they owe others more. They don't pay.
