★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean floor. Super long Waiting time (most of time). Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. ATM available both inside and drive through. No public washrooms available. Parking lot available in the front. Many small shops, dinning options, and bus stops nearby in short walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an inquiry about my mortgage. Phoned the branch three times with no answer. Stood in line for 45 minutes to be told I could not go in and talk to any one, I could call and make and appointment that would likely be two to three weeks. Phoned again, left a follow up message. Two weeks later, still have heard nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst experience of my life with this branch today I only have personal account with TD and my business account is with RBC. I went inside to certify my client's cheque which was from TD ofcours, and the teller(Armanh) did just that, so I went ahead and deposited my certified cheque from TD to my business account with RBC and went to my work. After 1 hour as I was checking my personal bank account (TD) I realized the teller (Armanh) took the money my client gave me as a cheque from my personal account ( don't ask me how all I know is it was a mistake from their side) anyways I go back to Maple ridge from work in Richmond and tell them the story and they tell me they are sorry but they can't do anything and the manager comes to me and asks me to get another cheque from my client. Can you believe it? They make a mistake and now I have to pay for their mistake with my time and money. Just unbelievable. They fixed the problem at the end but the customer service was unbelievable. Never gonna do any business with TD after this and they lost me as a customer for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff needs to be mindful how to approach customers! Being racial profiled when u are just asking to deposit a cheque! Keep it professional and don't make any suggestions to customers that come across as racial profiling . The bank teller " Corinna " , should be more careful with her ignorance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your atm is garbage. If you're going to lock the doors at least put the atm outside. And why can I never deposit to your atm. Even checks. I litterly had to drive around town today looking for a td bank thats atm would accept a check or even cash.. imagine using the old technology that actually works...
