Used this location for the first time and warning to all, the pharmacist with the colourful hair is probably the rudest individual I have had to communicate with in a very long time. I rarely write a review but had to after the encounter with this person who is just downright rude. I will just keep going back to my regular shoppers. Will never go back there

The girl that is working at the pharmacy with purple hair named Desirae is extremely rude. Doesn't even say hi, doesn't even look at you. I think they forget that even if they are at a pharmacy there should still be a good customer service. I am definitely not coming back. There are other great locations with much better service in Maple Ridge.

My partner and I made a trip to Shoppers to buy him some cologne. Hayley was very nice and spent the time showing us many different fragrances. Mostly, it was nice not having to explain why I have a mask exemption to somebody, instead she treated us like a normal human beings and didn't ask any questions. Thank-you Hayley for making it a pleasant experience. God bless.

Last minute phone in at 11 PM to check for fruit fresh for canning... The staff went and looked for that canning additive but it was not in stock. The staff member also suggested vitamin C powder unfortunately out of stock on that too. A 4 out of 5 for awesome late night service. Would have been 5 out 5 if one of those items was in stock.

Betty working at the Post Office is always crumby and not friendly. I always use this post office as my house is nearby. She is too old, too shaky, too slow. Every time I encountered her for shipping there is issue. All packages need to be clean of sticker including the adhesive, it is ridiculous. When I told her I don’t need a receipt for Amazon return, she said I must. If that’s the policy, why I had the option to not get the receipt when different worker helped me so many time. She has her own rules and make them as post office policies. Someone need to discuss with her about her attitudes.

Terrible and confusing customer service from Store manager Ken and cosmetics Jana. Went in to get a clearance item after hearing about the good price in a group, they had 2 left in stock and I showed them the sale online but when he scanned them in he said β€œthey are not on sale it’s regular price” then turned his back and walked away. I called another store and they confirmed it’s clearance store wide. Went back in and asked to see them scan the price but she wouldnt even scan it and he was apparently in the back calling head office saying it must be a mistake (so originally when he scanned it, it showed the sale price but he lied to me). She told me to wait a couple minutes which turned into 10 then said likely 30 more minutes so I said I’ll come back To which she told me to leave and go buy from a different shoppers if they are on sale everywhere. I called later on to check up and she said they are not for sale (keeping for herself?) and was going to hang up on me before I said how rude that is. She put me on hold then Ken took over saying they are not for sale and couldn’t provide a reason. I questioned why they both lied earlier and he had no explanation other than mumbling they are not for sale anymore. Ended up going to a further away shoppers and had no trouble buying them for the sale price as advertised online. Quit if you don’t want to work retail but don’t act like total Aholes to customers.

Went to this location at 6:10 pm last night with my son. We shopped around and when we went to pay at the register there was no employees in sight. I wanted to purchase some lottery tickets with the other items we had picked out. I found an employee that was stocking shelves. I told her there was no one to take my payment. Shortly after this I saw two employees walking down the aisle. I told one of them I wanted to pay and she pointed and said she would help me at the register. I went to the register and then the emploee proceeded to start training the other employee at the self check out. I was tired of waiting so I went to self check out and paid for my items. As I was doing this the employee apologized and said sorry about that we just had a shift change. I could have just walked out with the items and no one would have noticed. Does this mean that every shift change employees are not around? I am sure that lose a lot of stock from shoplifters.

Horrible customer service at the post office. My husband had brought in a Amazon package to return, the lady insisted he needed to pay. He informs her with amazon returns we have never had to pay and we had the slip from amazon to hand over to carrier. She laughed at him.. said there was 2 shipping addresses and made incredibly rude sarcastic remarks to my husband. He pointed out that one of the address was (obviously) return address. The she tried scrapping a barcode (was part of the box off the package) thinking it was a sticker and said it needed to come off. My husband said she’d need to use a marker as it’s part of the box.. continuing with rude remarks and insults my husband got fed up and left. He was baffled. Was a completely unacceptable experience and won’t be back.
