Medlandia Pharmacy - Maple Ridge

Medlandia Pharmacy is the best. Sayeed is very knowledgeable and the entire staff is unfailingly friendly and professional. Even if it wasn't located at my doctor's office, I'd still get my prescriptions there.

These people genuinly care about their clients and it shows. Always greeted with a smile and given honest advice - not to mention wait times are faster than anywhere else (no need to apologize for making me wait 10 minutes for a prescription - this is way faster than normal - especially when im told in advance and it ends up being even quicker most of the time). Highly recommend.

Sayed and staff are always helpful and so friendly. They treat us like family , even going above and beyond to help when needed . I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Maple Ridge, and thank Medlandia Staff for always providing us with exceptional service!!

Unbelievable experience! Went there to get a compound prescription filled. Due to circumstances largely beyond their control, it took eight days to get the prescription filled. When I picked it up the cost was $180. They advised me that it was usually more, approximately $250. So that would be the price when I requested a refill. I said I was fine with that(I have insurance). Requested a refill a month later over the phone. They said it would be ready in approximately two days and they would call. That same day they left a message on my phone explaining that the price would be double what it was the first time it was filled. I’m assuming they were suggesting it was going to be $360. Further, they said they would only fill it if I came and paid in advance. Not comfortable with the ever changing prices, and annoyed, I decided to have the prescription transferred to another pharmacy. When the new pharmacy called them to request the prescription transfer, Medlandia told them they had already fulfilled the refill. The new pharmacy called me to inform me of this and I told them that I would pick up the refill at Medlandia, and they should transfer the prescription so further refills could be done there. So after telling me they would not complete the refill until I paid, when I requested a transfer, I was told they now had already filled it. So the following day I go there to pick up the refill, only to find that they had not actually completed the refill, even though they told the new pharmacy they already had. It felt like they said that only to try and dissuade me from having the prescription transferred . A totally crazy story, I know, but true. As a result I had to wait another two days to get the prescription refilled at the new pharmacy.

Medlandia Pharmacy is the best. They are so professional, and easy to work with. They are very responsive to your needs. I cannot say enough.

Absolutely the very BEST PHARMACY in Maple Ridge!! Sayed and his team are fantastic people who always know exactly what they are doing and their kindness is remarkable!! Our family has followed them since they were at 238B Street. We've been clients for over 10 years and just love them all!!

Sayed and his staff make you believe that you are the only customer that matters. I would not trust anyone else with my meds. I've had to use other pharmacies in an emergency and let me tell you... This is when I realized that they all go ABOVE AND BEYOND when it come to their customers!! Thank you Sayed and Anna-Maria!!
