★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for 10:30 am to close my bank account. I got there two minutes early and waited until 10:32 and nobody came.
I walked around and told someone I was waiting and they said that the person who I had an appointment booked with was busy.
They told me to wait on the line since I “just” wanted to close the bank account. The line was slow so I left without solution and came back another day.
Really disrespectful with my time. I had so many things to do and wasted my time. What is the point of booking an appointment if there’s no one available?
Staff does not seem to care about customers.
Do not recommend this branch.

We are really happy and so releived to be ( finally ) with a Great Financial Advisor . And I also must thank Joshua of the same branch who directed us to Julian ! After 20+ years with TD Bank's other branches in Richmond , this is the BEST !! Thank you Julian !! Thank you Joshua , yet again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here 2 months ago to close my RRSP, agent was nice but didn’t properly do what I asked him to. Went today to close it one more time, explained what happened and the agent had no empathy at all towards what I’ve been through to close this account. No accountability on their part for wasting peoples time.
