★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch of the worst financial institutions in Toronto. Asked me to split my withdrawal because the have a cap of $5000. I had $6500 balance to close my account. I then had to pay extra for another transaction cause I only have one per month. Customer service on the phone asked me to go to branch and they can make exception but the manager “John Jung” repeatedly denied the request Even though it was only $1500 . The customer service lady in the front desk was so rude with body language and shaking head. So happy I closed everything I had with TD.
