★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. The environment is clean and tidy, which makes me feel safe during this pandemic. People here are extremely friendly. I did an ultrasound with Chris. He is very professional and efficient. Overall, I had a very positive experience, especially when compared to my previous experiences with another lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, comfortable space. Technicians are all very kind and gentle, making sure you are comfortable. My Cantonese is lacking at best and they all are happy to speak to me in English. I wish the receptionists didn't always start first with Mandarin on the phone though, but they always switch to English once I start speaking. ?

It was my first time i did ultrasound.At first i was so nervous but she treated me very well and I knew that I was on right hands. I want to thank to amy and other staff also. I will highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience here. I went there for ultrasound to check miscarriage. No waiting time. Reception was very friendly and the environment is clean. It was Dr. Amy who provided the service for me. She was super kind and very knowledgeable. Also, the gel is warm. I hope I can come back later soon when I get pregnant again successfully to see my baby.
