I spent a total of twenty minutes in the drive through they refused to give a refund and proceeded to argue with me at the window. I asked for 2 big boxes one with no tomato but the girl on drive through proceeded to charge me for two extra of what I ordered I went back through and asked for a refund they said no they can’t refund me the 18 dollars that they charged I never asked for that in my order and now I can’t even get my money back do better

Used to love this location but lately standards have gone down. Also the last 3 times I went here they only had hot sauce and this was over the course of a few months

It's okay it's a mediocre Taco Bell if you go to the one on King George it's way better just keep that in mind its surprising that the same chain in the same city less than 3.5 km apart are so different the one in King George is way better just the quality is better like the lettuce I had was clearly going bad the one I had on King George was perfect as fast food goes just pick the King George one

I went to this location and ordered 2 meals, each for 10.99$ + tax which is 24.83$ … or that’s what I thought BUT somehow it came out to be 39.50$ !!!!! That’s almost 15$ MORE AND when I asked how is this possible I was told in a very rude manner that β€œI punch it in the computer and that’s it it’s not my fault or my prices” I didn’t want to argue or hold up the line so I paid and asked for a receipt and the insanity I read was out of this world everything on the receipt was broken down to the point where each taco had a 0.50$ charge for the sauce they put on the taco I don’t know how she punched it it but every ingredient in each of my tacos had a charge like I was paying for each ingredient individually it was ridiculous beyond anything I ever seen and ontop of that mistake the rudeness was just a cherry on top. Worse Taco Bell location there is another Taco Bell location that will be getting my money now and I will be reporting this to head office

Genuinely disappointed at how rude the drive through staff member was. She was super impatience and wouldn't listen to what I was asking. I asked to have a few minutes to decide and not even 30 seconds later, she came back "so are you ready yet?" in a snooty voice. I had to tell her I'd let her know when I was and still 30 seconds later, the same thing. And she kept trying to end my order before I was even done ordering. I had to repeat the things she missed a few times. When I pulled up, I told her I needed a second to transfer money between accounts and she kept shoving the machine at me, then asking "cash or card?" like I didnt just ask for a second. Then I told her I needed a second to clear some space for my order and she kepts shoving the stuff at me, "hello. its here. hello" and I had to repeat myself "I just need a second to make some room". I would understand maybe I was taking too much time if it was busy, but I was the only one around. Not a single other person even in the parking lot. She was very rude, had 0 patience for me to adjust a single thing, and I felt incredibly pressured to leave, as if I wasnt welcome. Im very disappointed, and have never been treated so poorly by a service worker before. I was calm and respectful, and didnt get the same in return. I know maybe what Im saying comes off not so bad, but its all in her tone and her attitude. I probably wont return to this location after this.

Food quality and quantity was not great. Burrito was flat like someone sat on it, Chicken Quesadilla was the same as the Burrito, flat and was not heated. Cold. The girl at the drive-thru told me they had no condiments at all. The napkins were from their competitor KFC!?‍♂️?. Price didn't equate to quantity and quality. Only bright spot of the meal was the Fries Supreme.

I can give them 0 star if i can give them. This place is hilarious and the girls working over there has so much disastrous attitude and the girl at drive thru doesn’t know how to speak to their customers. She was behaving like i am getting free food from Them and did not knew how to Speak properly even. I was very disappointed that what kind of customer service was that . Such a bad experience over there. They guys need to have some training and customer service skills atleast how to talk with someone and while u r working in food court keep ur attitude aside. I was using the word please even she didn’t deserve that much respect as well.

One my favorite place to have food with my friends and family. staffs and employeea are quite friendly, when i first came here i was so confused about the menu and one of the staff helped me for finding my item on the menu. Talking about the food i never had a burrito with such quantity and quality. It literally suppressed my appetite and i had to take the left over to home. I refered this to my friends and they told me the same about this store. I never had such a good experience from any tacobell stores. Now iam a regular customer of this store. I strongly recommend this particular store to everyone and every one should try.
