k	kelvin peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't return. We got ripped off last time eating here. They charged us for 3 meals instead of 2. When confronting the waitress, she said it just rings in that way. Be careful and check your bill.
s	steve Mathieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced. And I wasn't alone. I was standing there with about 20 other unhappy customers waiting for their food. It cost me 90 dollars and 45 minutes I will never get back. I have no problem waiting for food when a restaurant is busy but it was obvious early that the long wait was due to incompetence. The young staff members were trying their best but they were definitely under trained. Things got worse when the management started getting involved. There was no accountability or care from management. One customer asked to speak to the manager and she was ignored. It wasn't until 4 people that ordered after me received their order and then the fifth person who ordered the same 3 meals as me got their food before me. That's when I approached the counter and magically the manager went to the back to look for my food. 30 seconds later there's my food. Everything cold from sitting for a long time. To make matters worse my daughter who is a vegetarian order the veggie burger from Harvey's which we received in 10 minutes. Not helpful when the rest of our food took 35 more minutes. So her food was ruined too. Should probably figure out a way to coordinate the 2 restaurants. Can't be that hard. So in conclusion 90 dollars wasted on 4 meals and another 47.00 dollars on pizza. Pizza was hop and delicious. They need to remove all management in this restaurant. It's obvious where the problem was.
V	Val Case on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the fish & chips. Fish was very overcooked; the batter was hard, not fluffy and crisp like I expected. It had been sitting there a long time. I don't recommend it at all. Swiss Chalet is definitely a chicken place.
M	Marc Bellefeuille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery/online service I've ever seen, no joke. They don't pick up the phone (at all, tried many times). They don't offer ketchup with their fries, even though I know they have some, since I've been there in person numerous times. They don't offer butter with their bread, even though they have some... you would think it would be logical to provide butter with bread, but no... no option to include butter, no comments section to ask for it. So frustrating to deal with this level of incompetence. Pretty sure management is the problem, which trickles down to all other employees.
S	SMJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today with my son. The restaurant was literally empty. It took 20 minutes to be greeted and seated. Once seated , another 25 minutes before the waitress asked for my order and came to the table. Another 30 minutes before my food arrived which was completely cold and thrown together. I regret going here and this experience was pathetic to say the least. I’m not a person that leaves reviews or complains, but this is completely unacceptable !!
N	Nomadic Mars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my experience at this location was a positive one as my waitress was friendly and efficient, plus this location actually had beer in bottles and not in cans unlike another location I reviewed. I find the overall Swiss Chalet experience to be mediocre at best. I can get just as good (and in the case of the ribs) better roast chicken and ribs at any grocery store.
P	Pete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not ordered from Swiss Chalet for quite a while because of poor service and not so good food. Well, time to try them again. Ordered the new crispy chicken. Looked good. Took a bite and the grease squished out. The coating has no flavour and the entire chicken tasted like grease. Also ordered the chicken wings with the new dusting instead of sauce. Once again, very greasy and the "dust" had no flavour at all. Tasted just like bland flour. My mistake, they may have "new" stuff but certainly retained their "old" quality..... Poor.
