Now within 3 set sessions (30 classes -30 min each class) he is now able to swim on his own without a life belt and jumps in to pool and very confident in the water at 4 years of age!! Highly recommend Swimclo!

I was amazed to see how quickly he was able to develop his pool skills, the classes are small and the lessons are tailored to each student. I heard good things about this program but Swimclo exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely returning!

Even though she swims in a group, her couch still has a customized lesson plan for her which I really like. They have adequate 1on1 time with the coach which I think is the biggest reason she is progressing so much quicker than in the public pools.

My girls were quite timid in the water prior to their lessons with Swimclo, and after many failed attempts with the local Rec center classes, we decided to try Swimclo. After the first month, my 6 year old could swim short distances without any assistance. For my now 5 year old, she can now swim short distances after 1.5 swim sessions from fall to winter, and they both really love it. They even ask me when they get to come back after every lesson! Now we are working on getting their faces in the water without their face masks, but I'm very happy with their progress so far!
A	Afif Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would give ‘0’ stars if possible as there is such a long list of issues families have to deal with for this business. Half of the classes are canceled and you get an email couple of hours before the session. They blame a ‘mechanical issue’ for cancelation all the times. There is no contact to call anyone except for an email address to which they respond 24-48 hrs later. For the amount these lessons cost, you expect at least a courtesy call or a contact person you can talk to. At the time of signing up, sessions are advertised to last 45 minutes. Unfortunately, instructor starts the session 5-15 minutes late. Worse, sessions end early every single time and kids are out of building 5-10 minutes before the sessions’ end. Effectively, kids are in water for half the time you sign up for. When you try to contact the administrator, they blatantly refuse to believe that. Finally, Swimfins has a no cancelation policy. If for some reason you are not able to attend, there are no refunds or makeup classes. What other business does that? Imagine Costco or Apple doing that with zero warranty and zero refunds any any sales. Even for classes canceled by Swimfins, there are no makeup sessions nor any refunds. Apparently, the amount is credited back to your account and available only if you sign up with them again. Who is going to sign up a second time after a harrowing experience the first time? Stay away, sign up for private lessons elsewhere or better, sign up with local recreation centres. They do a far better job! Read other reviews from parents and stay away! Its a horrible, horrible business and even worse customer service.

The swim lessons are quite expensive ($368 for 12 weeks) and there is a 'no refund' policy but instead the money can be credited to book at a later date. I have not been able to get into another class. Buyer beware this is an expensive swim class with little flexibility and limited conflict resolution.

I enrolled my kids in their classes during fall and then the classes got cancelled during flood time. They told me to adjust the credits in next session which they never did. I still have credits in my account which I don’t want to use as my experience with Swimfins was highly disappointing. I have requested them many times to refund the amount of those cancelled classes but they are denying to pay back. Now, I came to know that my colleague whose child was in the same class got her balance amount back which is extremely unprofessional. It feels like I am trapped.
