First and last time going here. I was in today around noon as I needed an estimate for a new car due to my previous one being written off after a hydroplaning accident. They were unprofessional and rude with their handling of the procedure and customer service left a lot to be desired. I left feeling embarrassed and feeling more like a spectacle than a person.

Very bad experience with today staff members. Very unprofessional customer service, 16 days delay by fault on their office management part (having 2 email addresses what they randomly use and cannot manage them properly causes the delay with no follow up from their side). Not listening the customer, constantly interrupting, make the customer waiting and hang up. This location lost 3 customers for sure as a result of this mismanagement and very poor customer service. Other staff members were much more cooperative and professional for the last few years as i am returning customer, but today experience was tragic and loosing $310 due to their lack of coordination and management. So it is a gamble to deal with this branch.

Just swapped to the new system as a new driver and I know very little about insurance, Graham the employee I talked to was extremely helpful in explaining the new system to me and helping me get the costs down on my yearly premium. Huge thank you to him, by far the best experience I have had so far getting insurance. Plan on being back in a year to renew.

The female employees there are snappy and unhelpful. Employees are rude and disengaged. The gentleman who was helping us was joking about our business use coverage saying that now because we have β€œbusiness use” coverage for our car we could use the vehicle drug trafficking….pardon me?! Not funny at all. Highly unprofessional; if I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never be back.

The staff here are always kind, timely and very thorough in my experience. Big thanks to all the staff but especially Harman here who is very helpful and knowledgeable!

I went in on Saturday to transfer ownership of a vehicle and insure it for 1 year. The young lady I first spoke to had absolutely no idea what to do - she was nice but clearly unqualified and transferred me to the older gentleman working in the store. Unfortunately, he also did not know how to do the job. He gave me several incorrect statements and instructions - I got fed up and just left. I went to another insurance business up the street and completed the paperwork in about 10 minutes, without issue.
