★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful staff and good selection. Only once did they not have what I needed in stock, but they immediately called their other store (across on the other side of town) for me, to sort me out! Love their loyalty program for bags of dog food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my new rescue pup to be fitted for a new harness and leash at this store and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. He not only tried on my pup different harnesses till we found the perfect one, he also gave my pup a treat. I love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Pet Store in Chilliwack. Free rewards program with great perks. Staff are always friendly, happy, informed and have amazing advice. The dog wash stations are always clean (currently appointment only) and have a wide variety of shampoos and conditioner too. This location is very Covid aware and have full sanitation protocols. I can’t say enough good things about this location, they have my loyalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our Butters puppy birthday so we took him out on the town for the day! Stopped in to buy him a coat since the other stores were so expensive. Found several choices both on Mark down table and in stock. He got 2!!! Girls were helpful and kind to us so we also got sone treats and toys ??? Fantastic place to go on a special day, thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some cat milk replacer late on a Saturday night and knew I wasn't going to make it to the store before it closed. We called ahead and the young woman who answered (I didn't catch her name) assured me she would stay a few minutes late to make sure I got what I needed. When I arrived a little after 8, the door was opened and she had everything I might need at the front counter ready to go!
Best of all the kittens survived the night by bottle feeding, and we were able to find another cat to foster and feed them the next day.
