★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Westland Insurance (Chilliwack) and my advisor Java. I needed insurance for my rental property, which I soon discovered was more difficult that I thought it would be. My regular insurance agent was not able to find a company to insure me properly due to the recent floods or for a reasonable cost. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service I received from Java. As well the rates were well below what I was expecting them to be. I highly recommend Westland Insurance !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished a duplex development in Vancouver and the team at Westland was able to help with every aspect of insurance from start to finish. Rental, Vacancy, Commercial General Liability, Course of Construction, Residential Occupancy, Strata and Contents. The ease of communication and rates were unbelievable. Java and Shandas provided excellent service and expertise. I look forward to working with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serena was so hopeful! I had a few not so typical questions and she took the time to double check the answers and make sure my insurance was doing what I needed to do.
And she did it all amazingly fast and efficiently!
We get ALL our insurance through this office (7 policies) and regardless of who we deal with they go above and beyond and always greet us with a smile (even on the phone).
