I explained to her that IFHP pays for the services but she kept saying he has to pay $1200 to be admitted. The worst services that I have ever heard from a health provider.

I just spend 10 hrs waiting in Catz to see a doctor and in the end I had to walk out because there were still 20 charts ahead of me . Worst nurses , no patient care and who can wait 10 to 15 hrs to see a doctor? Someone needs to do an audit on these guys !
K	Karel Chanivecky Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is a disgrace. Before, I thought having to wait 4h was bad. Little did I know... There were numerous patients waiting for 8-12 hours to see the doctor. More surprisingly, a lot of things that nurses could be doing to help in the meantime such as cleaning wounds, giving shots, etc is not done. I waited with a dirty wound for 5h ready to get infected. Also had a man with mental health issues with a bad gnash on his head that was badly bleeding. He went outside after waiting for so long and I guess he felt asleep or got hi, or whatever. When he comes back in a nurse called Teryl tells him he has to start over. I think even a normal person would freak out, imagine someone with problems! Teryl had zero descalation skills, and caused the man to get even more distressed. Which in caused him to get kicked out without getting helped. Like a bad dog. What a shame! The staff just wants to make a buck and go home.
S	Sahil Mehra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patients coming to this hospital are treated as if they are inconveniences to the staff, nurses and doctors who are going about their daily tasks. A patient suffering from excruciating pain has to wait in the line for 70mins to check-in, another 90 mins wait to get called in to see a nurse and no wait estimate on how long it would take to see a doctor. Tip: pay for all day parking always when you visit the emergency Room here at SMH.
N	Néhémie jubikila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most racist emergency ever. Gave my mom the most traumatizing experience ever. First we called the ambulance and it took them 2:30min to show up, once at the emergency Doctor forgot about her, had to remind the nurse more than 8 times, she waited in the emergency for additional 5 hours cause the doctor "forgot" and was busy. Yet, I see nurses on their phones, chatting with each other etc. No numbing cream, just have my mom painkillers. We're still waiting for the specialist, if u really care about yourself pls don't come here. There is a big risk of u to die here.
R	Riley Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday 34 weeks pregnant in a lot of pain in my hips, instead of checking me in they made me walk to the birthing unit who then made me walk back down as i am not about to give birth. Waited 6 hours, asked if i had to wait another 6 hours and the nurse said maybe. It was uncomfortably warm in there and i started to feel sick and started cramping really badly so i ended up leaving without seeing anyone. If you drive 11 hours north to prince george you will see a doctor sooner and you will be treated a lot better. Now im scared to give birth at this hospital, they havent improved slightly since that woman gave birth on the waiting room floor. Go anywhere else if youre pregnant, your baby deserves better than this. The nurse blamed it on politics, but that woman didnt give birth in the waiting room because of politics.

It is an hospital you are supposed to take care of the patient. Maybe they make you wait so long that the patient get trusted and leave. They make big promises come election ? and once they are elected they start making excuses. You go to other Hospitals they have the same system but you are in and out less than 1 hour. ???????????????
G	Gurdeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever seen. I am writing this review while I am sitting here waiting for a doctor from 3:30 am and now it’s 1:55 pm. I was in so much in pain and nurse ask me to stand when I told her it’s hard for me to sit down very rude front staff. Doctor came in and prescribed my ultrasound at 10:30 and he said he will come back never came back and I asked nurse at 1:30 what’s happening now she said doctor is waiting for your ultrasound results but nobody did my ultrasound then they called the ultrasound technician then they came and took me for ultrasound. Seriously patients are in pain waiting for doctor and the doctor forgot about you.
