I was just there with my wife. Lots of interesting stuff there. Also, quite a bit of food. People should make sure you look at the expiry dats on the packages, cans, chips, ect.. I looked at maybe 6 products and all expired, some from June, 2021 to September 2021. Besides that there is some good deals there for sure.

This store is great if you're looking for good deals. For those people complaining about the "expiry" dates, they're not expiry dates, they're BEST BEFORE dates. Want to know the difference, when you google it the answer is: "Expiration dates tell consumers the last day a product is safe to consume. Best before date on the other hand tells you that the food is no longer in its perfect shape from that date. It may just lose its freshness, taste, aroma or nutrients." So they are still SAFE TO EAT, just won't be as fresh. You want fresh items, go somewhere else and pay full price and stop complaining about this store that helps those that can't afford food elsewhere.

No pets allowed but winners allows pets which is right beside and sells more stuff that isn't expired. They have 2 signs which say no pets allowed which tells me the owner or someone there has a problem with pets (guessing dogs), probably not a good look since most of Ancaster has some sort of pet. Okay to horrible deals for expired stuff. Some of the stuff they're trying to sell for near or regular price and it's expired. They are legally allowed to sell expired stuff but some things are from 2 years ago expired, that's definitely way past shelf life. The one star is because the employees are really nice except for one of the managers who wears the dress shirt and pants. Oscar the grouch lookin guy. And don't fall for the amazon 5 or 10 buck mystery boxes.. Theyre filled with dollar store junk

This was a nice outlet, my husband and I where there over the weekend we are so coming back!, lots of good deals from food, to clothing, to childrens toys, to stationary and more, they have Amazon mystery surprise bags, we picked one out and scored an amazing product!!

Went in to browse and found a battery booster pack. Didn’t see a store return policy anywhere so asked an employee who said the normal policy is that they only allow returns for store credit. I decided not to risk it on the booster. The employee then sought us out to tell us he talked to his manager and since they β€œcouldn’t test the product” I could take it home and if it didn’t work return it the next day for a full cash refund. So I bought it. It didn’t work, and was missing 3 parts. Disappointed, I took it back and was tossed from rude manager to rude manager, and then told to call back the next day to speak to another manager (Steve Timmons(who seems to be the only kind manager)) who told me it was an employee screw up for not checking for missing parts and that he understands the employee told me I would be able to get a cash refund. He then got in touch with a fourth manager who told me to pound salt, all she would give is a store credit. It’s now almost a week later and I’m still being messed around. How can a company not stand behind their product? How could a company not honour what an employee says? How could a company not right the wrongs that they admitted to making? This company sells nothing but junk and knows it. I couldn’t spend a $13O store credit in there if my life depended on it. All junk, all expired, and all broken/missing parts. Don’t waste your time, the managers are all awful, rude, and don’t care about the customer. The products are even worse.

I honestly hate every single person at this store. Hope it goes out of business. I worked here for a few months, and then was let go for missing 3 days. They called me 'unreliable'. I was trained for maybe 2 minutes in total and put on cash with no previous experience, because the other cashiers left and the company refuses to hire. No safety training either. There is one Assistant Manager (Brian) there who truly helped me, went out of his way to help, the rest apparently just used what I told them to get rid of me. Also, they walk around openly complaining about the company, which does not boost morale. The fact that most companies dismiss mental health makes me mad. This company is one of them. I had a previous job that actually reached out and helped me, instead of just terminating me. They also have automatic door buttons that don't work , which I'm pretty sure is a health and safety issue.

FAKE AMAZON BAGS. literally just products that didn't sell on the shelf worth nadda, wrapped in wanna be amazon bags. Just a white or black u line bag. Nice trick you did there Xtreme. Don't waste your bucks here. Trash merchandise maybe 1 or 2 decent things. Workers inside are nice guys. Really the only thing worth it here is the cheerful service.
