★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the doctor who preformed the procedure was good the anesthesiologist was good everyone else was extremely unprofessional, i was not given accurate preparation instructions and was not given any recovery period my complaints of extreme discomfort were not taken seriously following the procedure. they are so disorganized that they called me 2 days after the procedure and asked to book my procedure. they did not offer any form of pain killer other then a single regular strength Tylenol(i am usually on percosets or oxy) so this was useless, good thing my driver had an extra oxy with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nursing and administrative staff were lovely. The process was quick and efficient. The Doctor was pleasant. I would have liked a sit down consult with the doctor to answer questions. Also a followup meeting would have been nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional staff. I think sherry was her name she had me laughing and made sure I was comfortable. Doctor Somerton is a legend I love that guy. They will take care of you so if you have an appointment here you have no worries you are in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really positive experience at this clinic. Location is easy to get to and ample parking, lots of box stores around for those accompanying you. Staff were all excellent (shoutout to Lorraine, Anne and Aslam), they were really kind, attentive and positive, clearly very knowledgeable as well. Everyone made sure you knew what was happening and the process was extremely efficient and painless. I was worried if I'd be somewhat awake but the sedation had me totally out but felt normal within 10 minutes of waking. They even provided a bottle of Ensure at the end which was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday, June 3rd, I had the best experience you could possibly have although terrified and dreading a colonoscopy. Right from the moment my nurse Lorraine called my name, I felt like I was going to be in good hands. She was friendly, compassionate and I clicked with her immediately which made me trust her and the process. I did have a bit of a wait, but watching the nursing staff hustle and treat every patient with kindness and understanding was eye opening and totally calmed my anxiety. Once it was my turn, the "procedure staff" were all equally warm and friendly. Awaking thereafter with a wicked leg cramp, Lorraine was at my rescue and quickly took action. I cannot thank her enough for taking me under her wing and sincerely caring about my well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Lorraine was my rock and my hero. She is absolutely brilliant, compassionate and she definitely knows her stuff. She is one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. I physically got into trouble prior to my procedure and she came to my rescue when she was the only nurse on staff and still kept everything and everyone in check. That clinic is definitely lucky to have her on staff. Thank you for being there when I needed you Lorraine and thank you for everything that you do! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. The nurses were beyond FANTASTIC and so patient. It was quick and simple and I’m in no pain or discomfort at all. The Ensure after my procedure was so helpful to minimize the effects of not being able to eat for a day. The staff provided coupons for future use which I love! Thank you to everyone! ❤️
