★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a homeowner looking to get professional service, pick up and delivery of your mower or blower in a timely manner, go somewhere else.
Despite my family renting equipment over thirty years and Buying a premium Honda Mower from them I was treated like the slow boy who walked in with dog dirt on his shoe. Waiting more than a week for my mower to be picked up and serviced was wrong. When I confronted them they made it plain that Big equipment comes first and picking up mowers is only if you are lucky.
They made no bones about it: Brother's doesn't want your seasonal equipment service unless it is a bobcat or bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have excellent prices compared to the other rental places. I happen to need an electric eel, which is a tool for cleaning out blocked sewer pipes, and the fellow at the dock suggested that I take an extra extension as I was leaving the loading dock "because you might need it".
It was just prior to closing time on Saturday afternoon, and I wouldn't have been able to come back, so I took the extra section. As it turned out oh, the blockage was extensive and that extra 8ft saved the day, or I would have been sitting until Monday, unable to finish the job.
That's the sort of people they are and why they have such a good reputation. They're always thinking, and trying to do a good job for their customers. Sure you can rent stuff from Home Depot and places like that, but all you'll get is the rental equipment, and probably not much in the way of extra thought about what the customer might need.
When you can't flush the toilet you might be inclined to take the first solution that comes along, but if you take a moment to think, you'll probably prefer Brothers Equipment Rentals over the more ordinary choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brothers Equipment is very well managed and they have a very big selection of excellent rental equipment. I am a homeowner and I have rented from Brothers many times and the guys are helpful. A few weeks ago I just stopped in and the tool I needed had already been rented; the guys suggested that they could call me when the tool was returned. It worked out great when they called and I got the tool I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before you rent any equipment, make sure you understand that a day rental is only 8 hours of use. This wasn't communicated to me when I rented a bobcat for a backyard project and when I ran the equipment for 12 hours during that 1 day, I was charged a day and a half of usage. With no paperwork sent out beforehand, I was completely unaware of this and would have considered other options for rental knowing I would have been charged extra. Aside from this, my experience with them was great but this definitely left me with a sour taste and I will be looking elsewhere for future rentals.

When I returned you resolved my issue with a discount on a new mower since the other was going to cost to much to fix. I really appreciated your quick service and going a step beyond to help. I didn't even miss a week cutting the lawn.

Excellent team, very very nice staff, very helpful, friendly, fast, reliable, clean and professional. I was blown away by the service and how quick you are in and out with the tool in your truck. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and it really feels good going there. I can rely on you guys. My brothers! :D Amazing place will continue to go here all the time and will be buying tools off you.
