N	Nazeera Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places for children to learn swimming. Zoey, Berdie and the rest of the staff are highly qualified to deal with kids on the spectrum. My son loves to go swimming here. It's his comfort zone for sure. Thank you Zoey, Birdie and team. You all are amazing.
N	No Swim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at Super Swims due to their marketing as an autism friendly school, but have decided to leave. Specifically, we are disappointed with how they manage the limited change room facilities at the Westin Hotel pool. The pool Super Swims uses at the Westin Hotel has two bathrooms, that are used as change rooms. However, Super Swims do not oversee the use of these make-shift changerooms by staff or other families. So on two separate occasions were we unable to access the change rooms. The first incident was another family that took both rooms for themselves, so that we had to change our son in the hallway to make sure we weren't late for the class. The second incident was when one of the staff took the change room for themselves, instead of waiting for our child to use it. The instructor took so long that our child did not have access to a toilet, and had an accident in the hallway. Given how Super Swims are managing the change facilities, without enforcing family policies or staff training to provide adequate access to them, we decided not to return to Super Swims, and to go back to our original swim school that has proper access to change facilities.
T	Teresa Bourque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ladies are simply amazing! The instructors provide one on one private lessons. They are the most caring, patient, and encouraging group. They really take the time to learn about your child and what techniques works best for them so they can succeed. My son and I are welcomed with warm smiles every week. They truly have the compassion that makes me as a mom feel good about having my son in these swimming classes. My son went from having fear of entering the pool a few months ago to now swimming and jumping in the water comfortably. He looks forward to his lessons every week. They are five star in my books!!
