★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter loves her swimming class so much. I initially registered for one class per week. She requested for more. So we change to two classes per week. The instructors are excellent. My daughter was smiling and laughing every minute in the class. We are happy with the British Swim School.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ British Swim School is a fantastic place to take swimming lessons for people of all ages and walks of life. The instructors are kind, patient and experienced swimming professionals. From learning the basics of treading water, to more advanced strokes such as back-stroke and butterfly-stroke - the learning experience was great along the way. I would recommend the swimming program/lessons to anyone looking to enrol their children, parents, or themselves! Great way to learn a life-saving skill, build self-confidence and challenge yourself to be the best you can be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say with all my experience so far British swimming school is one of the best swimming schools in Mississauga and Brampton area. My both kids joined the school three months ago and they go to the class twice a week and they love going to the class everytime. All the instructors are very professional and friendly with kids. There is always one person outside the pool who can help you with your schedule and answer if you have any questions regarding the class. So I would say if you are also looking for a swimming school, British Swimming School is the right choice.

My child had overcome the fear of water in a short span of time and had progressed well within a month. The instructors are friendly and have a lot of patience in handling the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ British Swim school is an excellent place to learn swimming for kids. The instructors are very friendly and help the kids to be very comfortable in water with kids friendly activities. They keep us informed up to date always which makes it hassle free and very flexible in scheduling the classes and adjusting as and when needed. Overall a ver safe learning environment for kids.

I love that the instructor makes it a super fun learning experience. All staff members are super pleasant and one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband called and spoke to the manager who said everything is full but they never gave us call back after numerous messages left. The customer service on the phone was horrible and she was not helpful at all. We just wanted to enroll our son. They gave us the okay and sent the details but did not follow through.
There is a correction you did not speak with me directly you spoke with my husband. Also we will give you a try and see if your instructors are worth your prices. Hopefully your managers will know now to speak with customers more politely.
