The floors started squeaking in the first year of possession, when asked to get that fixed they sent amateur workers and they ruined the situation even more. The construction Manager is the best he doesn't know what he is doing at all. He will not have a straight answer for you as to why the staircase is making noise when stepping on it, why the floor squeak. I will not recommend this team for the house of your dreams.

That's not saying that everything was perfect, nothing ever is.There are always hiccups in anything you do at this magnitude; however, Soni was very quick to be right on top of our every need and/or whim. We rested easy at night knowing that our best interest was at the upmost concern through this process and that made this experience one in which we didn't dread, but actually looked forward to through out all those months we worked so closely together. We as a family, would highly recommend Sunview Custom Homes. Again, a big thank you Soni !!!!!
